By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or participating in any game or activity offered by x55, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. 3.3 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on x55. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. x55 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void all winnings and bonuses where this policy is violated.
3.4 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to keep this information updated. Providing false or misleading registration information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
3.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from x55 or from other gambling platforms are prohibited from registering a new Account. If you have previously been subject to a self-exclusion order on x55, attempting to re-register constitutes a breach of these Terms.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. x55 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication from your Account security settings.
4.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account while you are logged in will be deemed to have been conducted by you, regardless of whether you authorised the specific action.
4.3 You must notify x55 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation. x55 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze Account activity pending resolution.
4.4 x55 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials or have shared credentials with a third party.
5.1 Currency. All Account balances and transactions on x55 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). x55 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate for deposits made in other currencies, including USDT.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit via JazzCash and Easypaisa is Rs 200. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are displayed in the x55 Cashier at the time of transaction.
5.3 Accepted Methods. x55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. x55 reserves the right to modify the list of accepted payment methods at any time.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method that has been verified in your Account. Where a deposit was made via JazzCash or Easypaisa, x55 may require that the first withdrawal be returned to the same method. Identity verification (KYC) documentation may be required before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.
5.5 Bonus Wagering. Where bonus funds have been credited to your Account, withdrawal of the associated balance may be subject to wagering requirements. 5.6 Transaction Errors. In the event of an error in crediting or debiting your Account — whether caused by a technical fault, payment provider error, or human error — x55 reserves the right to correct the error, including by debiting your Account to recover any amount credited incorrectly, regardless of whether you have wagered those funds.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers available on x55 are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are stated at the point of offer and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
6.2 Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational players. x55 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably believes that a user has opened multiple accounts, exploited a technical error, used betting strategies designed to systematically extract bonus value, or engaged in any form of coordinated or collusive bonus abuse.
6.3 Bonus funds credited to your Account will expire if not used within the period specified in the applicable bonus terms. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically and cannot be recovered.
6.4 x55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotional programme at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonus funds already credited to active Accounts in good standing.

9.4 x55 will take reasonable steps to identify and close Accounts belonging to self-excluded users. However, x55 does not accept liability for losses incurred where a self-excluded user gains access through circumvention methods beyond x55's reasonable detection capabilities.
9.5 Gambling should be entertainment. If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, please use the tools available in your x55 Account or contact a responsible gaming support organisation in your area.
All content on the x55 Platform — including but not limited to the x55 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text content, and software — is the property of x55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 11.1 x55 provides the Platform and all associated services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 11.2 x55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. x55 is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information on the Platform or from technical faults, server downtime, or communication failures.
11.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, x55's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the claim, excluding any winnings.
11.4 x55 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if x55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.1 x55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) x55 is required to do so by law or regulatory obligation; (c) x55 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or (d) x55 ceases to operate the Platform.
12.2 Upon termination for breach, x55 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in your Account, including real-money funds, where those funds were obtained through activities prohibited under Section 8 of these Terms.
12.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting x55 support. Where no breach has occurred and no bonus wagering obligations remain outstanding, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
x55 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email to the address on file, or by a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or to prevent fraud or abuse. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 14.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the x55 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 14.2 Dispute Resolution Process.
